Everything you need to know about being getting your licensed sponsored.
What is License Sponsorship?
Before you can officially start servicing clients and closing deals as an agent, you need to be sponsored by a licensed real estate brokerage.
As a sponsoring broker, we make it our responsibility to provide you with the guidance, support, and training that you'll need to be successful and to make sure that you handle every transaction legally and ethically.
What is the Process?
After you have completed your onboarding paperwork, our team will handle the rest.
We have an online portal that allows us to claim sponsorship for you.
However, if for some reason we are unable to claim sponsorship in our system, we will let you know. In this case, you would need to complete and follow the instructions on this form.
After your license sponsorship has been officially been activated, our team will send you a Welcome Email.
In that email, you will be guided on how to access and set up your resources and trainings.
Processing Fee: The Department of Consumer Protection charges a one time fee of $25. Your join fee will cover this charge.
How Long Does the Process Take?
If we sponsor you through our portal, your sponsorship will be active almost immediately.
However, if you submit your own paperwork online, the real estate commission will typically process your sponsorship within a few business days.
Next Steps:
Once you made it to this point, take a moment to congratulate yourself! 🎉
You've done it. You are now a licensed real estate agent.
This is the beginning of a career that will be whatever you make it. We know what it's like to be a new agent, so we've created a special training just for you.
In your Welcome Email, you will receive access to all of the resources and trainings that you'll need to get started in your new career.
