Independent Contractor Agreement
After your application has been approved, you will receive an email with a request to view and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
After your ICA has been signed, you will receive a copy to keep for your records.
If you have any questions about the agreement or have not received a request to review and sign your ICA within 24 hours of your application approval, please let us know by sending an email to our team at contact@soldbyrh.com
Financial Information
Direct Deposit
RH Realty Services, LLC electronically sends commissions, reimbursements, or any other payments by ACH-Direct Deposit.
Please provide us with the account you would like us to use.
Please note: The account type provided for direct deposits must match your filing status on your form W9.
For example, personal bank accounts should be filed as an individual and business bank accounts should be filed as a company.
W-9 Tax Form
As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes.
We will need a completed W9 form on file before we can send you any payments.

Credit Card - Checking Account Authorization
We have a one-time join fee of $59.00. This fee includes set up and first month's access to our tools and resources.
Our monthly technology fee is stated in the independent contractor agreement.
You can complete the join fee and set up your monthly technology fee below.
